Phononic MEMS, Inc. (formerly New Jersey Microsystems) is a fabless semiconductor specialty technology supplier. Our sensor and infrared discrete IC designs are based on semiconductor thermal micro-platforms. We support our clients with our portfolio of 14 issued and pending thermal MEMS patents. Our R&D work emphasizes silicon technology. Designs include gas sensors, fluid flow sensors, humidity sensors, accelerometers, infrared detectors, infrared sources and multi-purpose thermal micro-platforms. We seek clients with system applications that benefit from our semiconductor MEMS device designs. We specialize in silicon devices operational over a wide temperature range, and also SiC for ultra high temperature MEMS applications.
